Business Systems & Change Analyst

As a Business Systems & Change Analyst, you will play a key role within the Global Education Supplies Continuous Improvement team, helping to improve systems, streamline processes and support business change across a growing portfolio of education brands. Global Education Supplies (GES) is part of the Children & Education portfolio at Commercial Services Group (CSG), comprising eight complementary brands that serve the global education sector. You will play a key role in supporting business users, improving systems and driving change across Global Education Supplies, ensuring colleagues have effective tools, efficient processes and the support they need to deliver great outcomes.
This is a role where analytical thinking, problem solving and collaboration are essential, with responsibility for improving business processes, supporting system users and helping embed new ways of working across multiple brands.
What you’ll be doing
Managing system queries and support requests to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Triaging system-related tickets and coordinating resolutions with internal specialists.
Supporting colleagues with system usage, process guidance and best practice adoption.
Analysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and greater consistency.
Supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing and system implementations.
Working closely with stakeholders to improve systems and ways of working across multiple brands.
Monitoring recurring issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Supporting the evolution and integration of systems and processes as the business continues to grow.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience supporting business systems in a fast-paced operational environment.
The ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
Experience gathering requirements, testing systems and supporting change initiatives.
Knowledge of ERP, warehouse management systems or similar business platforms.
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and confidence working with business systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
A proactive and solutions focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
What you’ll get in return
Salary of £36,000 per annum.
25 days annual leave, rising in line with policy for the role and increasing to 27 days after four years' continuous service.
Birthday Day Off.
One concessionary day during the Christmas period.
